Filter mesh discs (filter cloth discs) are made of stainless steel woven wire mesh and black wire cloth made
rigid by sintering,a process which produces fusion bonds at all contact points.Sintering maintains the uniformity
of the original weave and fixes the hole size,shape,and micron rating of the mesh.Sintering also increases the
puncture and fatigue resistance of the mesh.our filter discs including single layer and multi-layered,they have
different forms,like round,square,oval and can be made according to customer's requirements.
 
 
 
Filter elements (filter element) are made of stainless steel woven wire cloth and stainless steel sintered
fiber web,etc.our filter elements including pleated type filter elements and cylinder type filter elements.
They are widely used in chemical fiber,petroleum,chemical industry,electric power,pharmaceutics,machinery,
metallurgy,ceramics,dispose of sewage,foodstuff and beverage,cosmetic etc.

Basket strainers (basket filters) are made of stainless steel wire meh,woven wire cloth and expanded metal
sheet and perforated metal screen.the shapes have cylindrical,rectangular,conical,canister etc.
A wide range of baskets is available for both the simplex and duplex strainers.Where high dirt capacity is sintered
fibre baskets can be supplied.And where the required,pleated mesh or build up of static charges must be avoided
or where flow transients are high,such as within fuel lines,we have a proven low shear,high strength design.
 
 
 
Filter plates (disc filters) filter medium for disc filters is multi-layer sintered wire cloth,with a rating range
from 0.5 to 200micron,in a diameter from 200mm to 3000mm.disc filters with multi-layer sintered wire cloth
as filter medium,enjoy good strength,accurate filter rating,long life-span and repeatedly cleaning.
Disc filters are ideal filter fittings for three-in-one filtration ( filtering, washing and drying ) in pharmaceutics,
